How do I place my order?
To place your order, follow these steps :
Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like. After you’ve chosen what you want, select the relevant size, if applicable. You can check out our size chart for reference.
Once you’re done, click the ‘Add To Cart’ button
After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Checkout’.
From there, you can either login to your existing printlook account or simply continue as a ‘New User’ and create one.
Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Place Order’.
How will I know that my order is placed successfully?
Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and your order ID.
You’ll receive another email once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive!
How do I receive my Order?
We have tied up with several reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered right to your doorstep within 4-7 business days depending on where you live.
All orders come in fully sealed packages to make sure that all your goods reach you in perfect condition.
I tried placing my order using my Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking. The order was not successful but my money got deducted. What’s happening here?
As a first step, kindly check your bank account to ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 10 business days.

How should I check the status of my Order?
To find out when your order is arriving, you need to first log in to your account, rest assured you can track the status of your order in your printlook.in account.
Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details over email. Again, once we dispatch your shipment you will be notified via email. In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you would receive a special update from our end.

Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card?
All Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, and Net Banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. Rest assured, your money is safe.
Why am I not getting any COD option on the payment page?
If the COD option is not showing, it’s because this facility is unavailable for your postal code. You can either pay by Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking, or you can get the products delivered to an alternate address (where COD is available).
Are there any hidden charges?
There are absolutely NO hidden charges for any of our products- what you see is what you pay.
What should I do if my payment fails?
In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:
Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.

What is the Shipping Philosophy of printlook?
We promise our patrons one of the best experiences of online shopping that is hassle free and reliable. We take care of all parameters that ensure your delivery reaches you in a sound state.
What is the delivery time period?
The tentative delivery period varies from 4-7 working days. However, the actual delivery time may vary due to unexpected circumstances.
Do you apply any shipping charges?
We provide free shipping on all order above Rs. 449. If you choose COD payment method, we levy a Rs. 50 COD charge for every product you order. For example, if your order includes three products, you will be levied a COD charge of Rs.150
How do I track my order?
You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email and SMS will be sent with a link. You can also track it from your account on the website by Selecting ‘Orders’ from the top right corner and then clicking on ‘Track Order’ for the respective Order ID.
What if my order is undelivered?
For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund your amount in printlook E-Wallet which will reflect within 24-48 hours of initiation.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled by logging into your printlook account, clicking ‘Orders’ and then ‘Cancel Order’.
If you want to edit your order we will not be able to change anything once shipped. For changes in the order before it has been shipped, please call us directly on the number and we will see if we can work it out for you.
What is Return Policy?
1. You can raise cancellation requests for items or orders within 24 hours from the time of placing the order by sharing an email with your order ID and the reason for cancellation. Remember the cancellation request must be raised from the ID used while ordering on our site. Send us the email at [email protected]
2. Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request.
3. We at Printlook strive to give you a quality product of your choice. However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged product, you can mail us at [email protected]. Refund will be only given when we receive the product our end and QC verified.
Self Customized Products
- In case of any size issues in the self customized products, there will be no replacement or refund under any circumstances. However, if the product is faulty or damaged from our end then the customer can proceed with the return request.
- The shoppers are requested to check the size guide before placing the order.
- The color of the products may slightly vary as per the customer’s screen resolution.
As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. In case of any defective product, the shipping charges will be bared by the company and if the wrong order is placed by the customer, then he/she have to bare the shipping cost.

Do you take bulk orders?
Yes, we absolutely do. You can email us with your order and design details at [email protected]. We’ll also try and work out a discount for you, depending on the quantity of your order.

Will I automatically receive marketing emails from you after registration?
If you register with us, you are inevitably getting subscribed to our newsletter. If you don’t wish to receive our newsletter, you can click on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
What to do if I forgot my password?
You can click on the ‘Forgot Password’ option when logging in, and the password reset link will be sent to you via email.
Is there any option to try the product before buying it?
We only sell online so there is no try-and-buy option available. However, in order to make sure you in pick the right size, we have a size chart with measurements on our product pages. For any queries, please write to us at [email protected].
I wish to add few more products in my order. Will it be possible?
Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, you cannot add any more products to your order. You will have to place a fresh order for the other products.
The product I want to return was bought on discount. Will I get refunded the full amount?
No. You will only receive the exact amount paid for the product.

In case I return the products, will the COD/Shipping/Gifting charges be credited back?
No. These are one time charges and are non-refundable.
How can I return Self Designed Custom T-shirt, Custom Mobile Cover or any other product?

I have created a Return request. When will I get the refund?
You will receive the refund in your printlook E-Wallet, once the package reaches the warehouse. To request for bank refund, you may Contact Us.
What if I'm not available when the pickup is being attempted?
Our courier partner will attempt the pick up 3 times. You can let him know a convenient time to pick the product up.
Single Jersey Topwear (T-shirts, Vests, Tank Tops, T-Shirt Dresses)
Do not bleach or wash with chlorine based detergent/water; use a mild detergent in moderate quantity instead
Do not iron on stitches, seams, trims or embellishments as high temperatures may cause them to open
Do not soak for more than 20-30 minutes; prolonged soaking may lead to colour loss, eventually weakening the fabric
Do not wring
Do not use hard brushes during hand wash as they may damage the prints
Do not leave the iron on at one place for too long; especially at the neck rib where the elastane may break and loosen the rib
Do not iron directly on prints (in case of printed products)
Machine wash cold
Wash/dry inside out
Fabric subject to initial colour loss; hence wash separately
Tumble dry low
Warm iron needed.
Dry promptly in shade; preferably on a flat surface as hanging may cause measurement variations
